Photo set: Protest against execution of four Ahwazi Arab artists in Iran – 28 July 2013 – Washington DC

On Sunday, 28 July 2013, activists in Washington DC gathered in front of the Islamic regime’s offices to protest the execution sentences of four Ahwazi Arab writers, poets, playwrights, and cultural activists. Their names are Ghazi Abbasi, Abdul-Reza Amir-Khanafereh, Abdul-Amir Mojaddami, and Jasim Moghaddam Payam. We shouted, “Down with Islamic Republic of Iran!” “Free all political prisoners in Iran!” and “Not one more execution in Iran!”  We condemned execution in Iran and worldwide, and we demanded the immediate and unconditional release of the 4 Ahwazi men under imminent threat of execution.
