The right for workers to organize and strike is an internationally-recognized human right.
Yet in Iran and around the world, the rights of workers to organize and act to defend their most fundamental interests – the food for their table, the means of survival – are trampled. Labor activists are jailed, terrorized, threatened, and killed.
Join the global labor movement on this day to demand that workers’ rights be upheld, and all workers jailed for their labor activism in Iran and worldwide be released.
حق اعتصاب به عنوان یک حق بنیادین جهت مطالبات یکی از اصلی ترین مبانی حقوق بشر است و در ایران ما شاهد انیم کارگران بیشماری را که برای بدست اوردن حیاتی ترین جقوق انسانی خود فعالیت می کنند به زندان انداخته و به اعدام محکوم می کنند.
در روز جهانی دفاع از حق اعتصاب به دفاع از کارگران بر خیزیم و خواهان آزادی بدون قید وشرط تمامی کارگران و زندانیان سیاسی و عقیدتی که تنها به خاطر اعتقادات و باورهای خود در دفاع از کارگران و توده های مردم ستمدیده و استثمار شده در زندان به سر می برند باشیم.
