ICRIR: Regarding the Threatened Deportation and Dispersal of Board Members of the Organization for the Protection of Iranian Refugees in Turkey (Nevshahir)

Several of the member organizations of the International Coalition for the Rights of Iranian Refugees received the below press release from the Organization for the Protection of Iranian Refugees in Turkey (Nevshehir) requesting support in stopping the deportations of two of its board members, and in halting the effective exiles to border towns of 5 additional board members.

The concerned community should be aware of the continuing precarious situation for Iranian asylum-seekers in Turkey.

News of Deportation of Two Council Members of Organization for the Protection of Iranian Refugees in Turkey (Nevshehir)

The Organization for the Protection of Iranian Refugees in Turkey (Nevshehir) is asking human rights non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and Iranian refugee NGOs for support and help in stopping the deportations of Seyed Khadr Mirseyedi and Sanaz Gholamhosseini Ezadi.

Mr. Seyed Khadr Mirseyedi is an asylum seeker who is currently seeking refuge is Turkey. His asylum case is registered with the UNHCR in Ankara, and he is awaiting an answer to his asylum application. However, today (June 28, 2011), he was served with a deportation notice to leave Turkey for Iran within the next 15 days. Likewise, Ms. Sanaz Gholamhosseini Ezadi, a Christian asylum seeker whose asylum case was rejected and closed by UNHCR after three years, was also served her deportation notice by the Nevshehir police. The Nevshehir police told her she will have to leave within the next 15 days, and if she does not, the police will take necessary action against her. How is it that the police of Nevshehir are actively seeking deportation action for Iranian asylum-seekers when their asylum case files are still open with the UNHCR in Turkey?

Furthermore, on June 28, 2011, all of the council members of the Organization for the Protection of Iranian Refugees in Turkey (Nevshehir) were requested via a phone call to the office of the organization to report to the Nevshehir police. At this meeting, held at the police station, the following council members were told that they will be transfered out of Nevshehir to other border towns of Turkey: Seyed Sirwan Enayati (reporter), Salahoudin Azizian (Spokesperson), Arash Sharifi (Public Relations), Hamid Zolfaghari (Treasurer), Seyed Khadr Mirsaedi (reporter and writer), and Sassan Mehri.

The Organization for the Protection of Iranian Refugees in Turkey (Nevshehir) asks all humanitarian orgnizations as well as refugee related organizations to stop the deportation of Seyed and Sanaaz and condemn this act.

خطر دیپورت دو تن از اعضاء شورای نمایندگان انجمن حمایت از پناهجویان ایرانی به ایران امروز 28/6/2011 پلیس ترکیه(نوشهیر) اعضاء هفت نفره شورای نمایندگان انجمن حمایت از پناهجویان ایرانی
تلفنی به دفتر پلیس این شهر احضار کرد و در یک اقدام ناباورانه برگه دیپورت سید خدر میرسیدی و ساناز غلامحسینی ایزدی را امضاء و مابقی اعضاء انجمن را به شهرهای مرزی تبعید کرد.
سیدخدر میرسیدی، ساناز غلامحسینی ایزدی از اعضاء اصلی شورای نمایندگان انجمن حمایت از پناهجویان ایرانی از طرف پلیس شهر نوشهیر تهدید به دیپورت شده و تنها 15 روز دیگر وقت دارند که خاک ترکیه را ترک نمایند.
سیدخدر میرسیدی(خبرنگار و نویسنده)، سیروان عنایتی(خبرنگار)، صلاح الدین عزیزیان(سخنگو)، آرش شریفی(روابط عمومی)،حمیدرضا ذوالقدر(مسوول امور مالی)، ساناز غلامحسینی ایزدی و ساسان مهری پس از مراجعه به دفتر پلیس شهر نوشهیر، با تهدید پلیس مواجه و به شهرهای مرزی کشور ترکیه تبعید شدند.
سیدخدر میرسیدی از فعالان سیاسی حزب دمکرات می باشد که درخواست پناهندگی خود را تقدیم کمیسایاری عالی پناهندگان کرده و بی هیچ پاسخی از طرف این سازمان پرونده وی بسته و تهدید به دیپورت شده است. ساناز غلامحسینی ایزدی از فعالان مذهبی، اجتماعی و مسیحی پس از سه سال انتظار پرونده وی از طرف کمیساریای عالی بسته و امروز توسط پلیس شهر نوشهیر تهدید به دیپورت شد و تنها پانزده روز اجازه اقامت در خاک ترکیه را دارند. جای بسی شگفتی است که پلیس ترکیه به چه اجازه و حقی پناهجویی که به کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان پناه آورده را بایست دیپورت کند وقتی هنوز از طرف کمیساریای عالی هیچ گونه پاسخی نه دال بر قبولی و نه ردی آنها صادر نشده است. چنین اقدامی از طرف پلیس شهر نوشهیر حاکی از آن دارد که فعالان سیاسی حزب دمکرات و فعالان سیاسی پناهجو در ترکیه در خطر جدی قرار گرفته اند و نیاز به حمایت همه سازمان های حقوق بشری و رسانه های خبری برای اطلاع رسانی و جلوگیری از دیپورت آنها می باشد.
انجمن حمایت از پناهجویان ایرانی_ترکیه(نوشهیر) در فضای نابسامانی قدم به میدان نهاد و هدف اصلی این انجمن رسانه ای کردن مشکلات پناهجویان ایرانی، افغانی بوده است، همین امر سبب شده که امروز دو تن از اعضاِی شورای نمایندگان که از فعالان سیاسی بوده بی هیچ پاسخی از طرف پلیس ترکیه و کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان، تهدید به دیپورت شده اند و تنها 15 روز اجازه دارند که خاک ترکیه را ترک نمایند و باقی اعضاء انجمن حمایت از پناهجویان ایرانی_ترکیه(نوشهیر) به شهرهای مرزی ترکیه تبعید شدند.
انجمن حمایت از پناهجویان ایرانی از تک تک سازمان های حقوق بشری و سازمان های مرتبط به امور پناهندگان می خواهد که از اقدام به دیپورت سیدخدر میرسیدی، ساناز غلامحسینی ایزدی جلوگیری و چنین اقدامی را محکوم کنند…
