This is my great wish .
Wake up!!!!!! Zahra bahrami was a drug dealer and not a freedom fighter. Even the Dutch Press now admits that Iran did them a favor.
History shows every time Iranians were defeated in the hands of their enemies was because a few Iranians sold themselves to their enemies. Missionfreeiran is not an exception here. You are selling yourself, Wake up!!!!!
George:
Regardless of who or what Zahra Bahrami was (and the categories of “freedom fighter” and “drug dealer” you present are not mutually exclusive), the facts remain:
1) Her initial arrest and charges related to her participation in the Ashoura protests. The “drug charges” conveniently came later.
2) She did not get a fair trial and had no legal representation.
3) She was tortured in prison.
4) Her Dutch citizenship and related rights associated with that citizenship were not recognized.
5) Execution is always murder, always unacceptable, and Zahra Bahrami was murdered by the Islamic Republic like thousands upon thousands of others.
There is a reason that the Islamic Republic executes more people per capita than any other country in the world. Execution is the only method this regime has of staying in power. Each execution must be fought against, BOTH because execution is nothing more than repehensible state-sponsored murder AND because it is the tool that this regime is using to keep 75 million Iranians in a prison without bars.
As per your other comments, I find them inscrutable. You will need to clarify your argument before it is possible to respond.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Maria.
