The Government of Murderers!
After the campaign against the stoning sentence of Sakine Mohammadi-Ashtiani become internationalized, the families of those held in a prison in Tabriz, Azarbaijan, Iran, contacted and informed us about the shocking situation of their loved ones in jail. We disclose those cases too so that people of the world will become further aware of the vile character of this government, the government of murderers, and join the Iranian people in their struggle to overthrow it.
According to reports received by the International Committee against Execution, there are 170 people sentenced to death in Tabriz prison. Among them there are a group of children under 18 and a pregnant woman.
Two other women sentenced to death by stoning
Azar Bagheri is nineteen years old. She was arrested, convicted of having had sex out of the wedlock, and sentenced to death by stoning when she was only fifteen. She has spent the past four years of her life in the company of the ultimate nightmare: being stoned to death. During this time, Azar has been subjected to mock stoning twice; that is, she has been buried up to her chest, ready for the stones to be thrown at her, and then told that she must either cooperate or face this! Azar was 14 when she was forced into an unwanted marriage. Later her husband pressed charges against her, claiming she did not love him and had a relationship with another man.
Maryam Bourbanizaade, 25 years of age, has also been sentenced to death by stoning. Maryam has been in jail for 4 years now. She got pregnant during a short leave from prison. The Islamic regime intends to hang or stone this woman to death. Usually pregnant women have their babies before being killed.

We are in receipt of news about 8 women and 10 men in Tabriz prison sentenced to death by hanging for being homosexuals.

Friday, July 9, 2010, Tabriz prison was shrouded in a deep sorrow. Soodaabe Ahmadi, 16 years of age, sentenced to death for murder, had killed herself in her cell. This young person took her own life because she was too young to bear to count the seconds to the first touch of the rope on her neck.

Fariba Shafaa’at, 20 years of age, was 14 when she was arrested and charged with the murder of her father. We were contacted from Tabriz on July 12, 2010, and told that the judiciary authorities in Tehran have already given the go-ahead for her execution. They are murdering this young woman who was only 14 when she was convicted of murder. She could be murdered at any moment.

This is only one prison and just one example of the indescribable brutality the Islamic regime has subjected the Iranian people to. The Islamic Republic is not the government of the Iranian people, it is their murderer. It must be banned from all international bodies, and all its embassies as well as various centers must be closed everywhere.
We call on the people of the world to intensify their pressure on the Islamic Republic. Organize rallies where you live and/or in front of the regime’s embassies! Demand the quashing of all standing execution sentences as well as the abolition of stoning, and execution in general, in Iran!
We call on all relevant international organizations to dispatch commissions of inquiry to Iran in order to inspect the Tabriz prison and other murder houses of the Islamic Republic. Needless to say, this will have to be imposed on the regime.

سکينه در زنداني در شهر تبريز است. فرزندان او بر عليه حکم سنگسار مادرشان نامه اي نوشته و از مردم دنيا کمک خواستند. ميليونها نفربه اين درخواست پاسخ مثبت دادند. رسانه هاي مهم بين المللي و در مواردي دولتها به اين حکم وحشيانه اعتراض کردند.
سکينه را به اتهام رابطه جنسي خارج از ازدواج به سنگسار محکوم کرده اند و اکنون که مردم دنيا اعترض ميکنندا٬ حکومت اسلامي ايران از زبان رئيس دادگستري استان آذربايجان شرقي ٬ استاني که عليه سکينه حکم سنگسار داده٬ اعلام ميکند که سکينه “قاتل و جاني خطرناک و سنگدلي” است و جنايات او چنان شنيع است که اين مقامات نميتوانند آنرا رسانه اي کنند!
اولا اعلام علني يک اتهام مهم در مورد سکينه از زبان بالاترين مقامات قضايي در استان آذربايجان و تبليغ عليه يک متهم که در زندان است٬ يک کار بي نهايت غير اصولي و خلاف استانداردهاي بين المللي حقوق متهمين است. ثانيا پرونده قتل همسر سکينه در همين استان پنج سال قبل از سوي مسئولين همين استان بررسي شده و با توجه به اينکه سکينه نقشي در اين مورد نداشته و خانواده ” مقتول” تقاضاي قصاص يعني” اعدام” براي يک مرد که متهم بوده٬ را نکرده اند٬ اين پرونده بسته شده است.
چگونه است که مقامات حکومتي الان در شرايطي که دنيا عليه حکم سنگسار سکينه به پا خاسته مجددا يک پرونده بسته شده را باز ميکنند و در مورد آن دروغ پراکني ميکنند. آيا اين جز مقابله با فشار شديد افکار عمومي بين المللي عليه حکم سنگسار سکينه نيست.
ثانيا حکم سنگسار فقط و فقط بدليل رابطه جنسي خارج از ازدواج يک زن متاهل يعني سکينه محمدي آشتياني عليه او داده شده است و نه به هيچ دليل ديگري.
در شهر تبريز زنداني هست که با پخش خبر رسانه هاي بين المللي٬ خانواده محکومين با ما تماس گرفته و اطلاعاتي در مورد عزيزان خود به ما ميدهند. با توجه به اين اخبار ميتوان بهتر فهميد که سنگسار و اعدام يک وسيله مهم در دست حکومت اسلامي ايران٬ براي دفاع از موجوديت حکومت و قوانين ارتجاعي موجود و وسيله اي براي ترساندن مردم و پس راندن آنها است.
زندان تبريز ۱۷۰ نفر محکوم به اعدام دارد. برخي از اينها کودکان و نوجوانان هستند.
دو زن محکوم به سنگسار ديگر در زندان تبريز
آذر باقري اکنون فقط ۱۹ سال دارد و در زندان تبريز است. او ۱۵ ساله بوده که دستگير شده و به اتهام رابطه جنسي خارج از ازدواج ٬ در سن ۱۵ سالگي به سنگسار محکوم شده و در زندان تبريز است.
طبق اطلاعاتي که به دست کميته بين المللي عليه اعدام رسيده٬ آذر باقري را در طول اين چهار سال که در زندان تبريز است ٬ دو بار به نحو نمايشي سنگسار کرده اند. يعني اين نوجوان را تا سينه در خاک فرو کرده و به او گفته اند ٬ اگر با ما همکاري نکني اين کار را با تو خواهيم کرد. آذر در سن ۱۴ سالگي مجبور به ازدواج اجباري شده بود و همسرش مدعي است که آذر او را دوست ندارد و رابطه ديگري دارد.
مريم قربان زاده ۲۵ ساله يک زن ديگر است که در زندان تبريز به سنگسار محکوم شده است. مريم از چهار سال قبل در زندان است و بعد از يک مرخصي کوتاه مدت٬ حامله شده است. اکنون حکومت اسلامي قصد سنگسار و يا اعدام اين زن حامله را دارد.
۱۸ نفر همجنسگرا در انتظار چوبه دار
از زندان تبريز خبر ميرسد که حداقل هشت زن و ده مرد همجنسگرا در انتظار چوبه دار هستند.
خودکشي دختر جوان محکوم به اعدام در زندان
روز جمعه ۹ ماه ژوئيه۲۰۱۰ ٬ زندان تبريز را غمي بزرگ در بر گرفته بود. چرا که سودابه احمدي ۱۶ ساله ٬ که به اتهام قتل به اعدام محکوم شده بود٬ در داخل سلول زنان خودکشي کرد. اين نوجوان که تحمل شمارش لحظه ها براي اينکه دور گردنش طناب انداخته شود را نداشت٬ خودش را کشت.
جوانان محکوم به اعدام
در اين زندان يک زنداني ۲۰ ساله به اسم فريبا شفاعت هست که وقتي ۱۴ ساله بود٬ به اتهام قتل پدرش دستگير شده و به اعدام محکوم شده است.
روز دوشنبه ۱۲ ژوئيه از تبريز با ما تماس گرفته و گفتند٬ مقامات قوه قضاييه حکومت اسلامي از تهران دستور اجراي حکم يعني به قتل رساندن اين زن جوان که در چهارده سالگي به اعدام محکوم شده را صادر کرده اند و هر لحظه ممکنست او را به قتل برسانند.
اين تنها يک زندان و يک نمونه از موقعيتي است که حکومت اسلامي ايران عليه مردم ايران ايجاد کرده است.
حکومت اسلامي ايران٬ حکومت مردم ايران نيست٬ اين حکومت قاتلين مردم ايران است .
به احکام سنگسار واعدام در دنيا بيش از پيش اعتراض کنيد.
