Pinky Dragon Breathes Fire for Jamal Saberi and Other Detained Asylum-Seekers in Japan

The organization “Pinky Dragon,” which is a refugee and immigration rights organization in Japan, organized a demonstration in front of the Shingava immigration concentration camp (where Jamal Saberi is kept arrested) on May 6 2010 at 11am. Many, including arrested refugees’ families and their children, participated in this demonstration. The demonstrators carried pink balloons and various placards in support of refugees and immigrants and against the anti-humane policies of the Japanese government. They protested the arrests, discrimination, and legalized racism in Japan. Refugees and immigrants from inside the concentration camp responded to the demonstration, promising that they will continue resisting and fighting for their rights.

During the protest, a representative from the Immigration department negotiated with the demonstrators’ representatives. Several protests have been initiated against the Japanese government in support of immigrants and refugees in Japan reports after reports emerged of 4 refugee deaths at this concentration camp over the course of the past 2 months. This is the 6th demonstration organized by Pinky Dragon in front of the Immigration department’s concentration camp.

سازمان اژدهای صورتی (Pinky dragon) که یک سازمان مدافع حقوق مهاجرین و پناهجویان در ژاپن میباشد روز پنج شنبه ۶ ماه مه از ساعت ۱۱ ظهر یک تظاهرات در مقابل بازداشتگاه اداره مهاجرت شینگاوا (محل بازداشت جمال صابری) سازمان داد. تعداد زیادی از جمله خانواده های پناهجویان بازداشتی به همراه کودکان شان در این تطاهرات شرکت داشتند. تظاهر کنندگان با حمل بادکنکهای صورتی و پلاکاردهای مختلفی در دفاع از پناهجویان و مهاجرین و علیه سیاستهای ضد انسانی دولت ژاپن، نسبت به سیاست بازداشت و تبعیض و راسیسم قانونی در ژاپن اعتراض کردند. پناهجویان و مهاجرین بازداشتی نیز از داخل بازداشتگاه اعتراض خود را نشان داده و با فریادهای اعتراض آمیزشان به تظاهر کنندگان پیغام دادند که در همچنان مقاومت کرده و برای حق اقامتشان میجنگند.

Die Organisation „ Pinky dragon „ ist eine Menschenrechtsvereinigung für Flüchtlinge und Asylanten in Japan. Am Donnerstag den 06.05.10 fand eine Demonstration vor der Haftanstalt für Flüchtlinge und Asylanten (Shingava) statt. In dieser Haftanstalt ist auch Jamal Saberi inhaftiert. Eine große Menschenansammlung, darunter Familienangehörige mit Kindern, versammelten sich um gegen die unmenschliche Verfahrensweise der japanischen Regierung gegenüber Flüchtlingen und Asylanten zu demonstrieren. Die Demonstranten versuchten mit rosa Luftballons und auffälligen Plakaten zu der rassistischen Politik der japanischen Regierung gegen Flüchtlinge und Asylanten Stellung zu nehmen. Auch die Inhaftierten protestierten innerhalb der Haftanstalt. Mit ihren Schreien aus den Gefängnismauern unterstützten sie die Demonstranten und riefen: „Wir bestehen auf unserem Aufenthaltsrecht „ .

Nachdem bekannt wurde, dass in den letzten 2 Monaten vier inhaftierte Flüchtlinge in der Haftanstalt verstarben, wurde eine Kette von Demonstrationen im ganzen Land ausgelöst. Die Demonstration des 06. Mai’s 2010 war die sechste derer, die von „ Pinky dragon „ für Flüchtlinge und Asylanten in Japan organisiert wurde.
